BRANDING & CREATIVE DIRECTION
MINISTRY OF POSSIBLE

2026
UN Geneva’s Beyond Lab launched a challenge inviting people to imagine how institutions could better respond to the needs of future generations and create space for more forward-looking, regenerative approaches to development. In response, I developed The Ministry of Possible, a speculative art and design-fiction project that reimagines what public institutions might look like if they were built not only to administer the present, but to make better futures possible.
Conceived as a fictional government department, the project borrows the visual language and rituals of bureaucracy—permits, seals, decrees, official notices and institutional architecture—and transforms them into tools for hope, imagination and collective possibility.
At the centre of the project is the Charter of the Possible, a participatory archive inviting citizens, artists, policymakers and changemakers to contribute their own “Articles of Possibility”: ideas, commitments and provocations for the futures they believe should exist.
Through storytelling, design and civic imagination, The Ministry of Possible explores how creativity can become a form of public infrastructure—helping institutions and communities move beyond describing what is broken toward collectively imagining what could be possible.
